Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR)

H-Factor Asia Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) program helps drive strategy and takes our ability to listen and act on what our customers need to the next level. Typically an EIR program is a way for venture capital firms or investors to nurture a big idea and then invest in the new venture at the end of the EIR’s term. For H-Factor Asia, this program helps to create an even more meaningful bridge between us and the marketplace. We’re looking for innovative strategic thinkers with a track record of making decisions and getting things done within entrepreneurial organizations.

Area: Business development – Client services – Consulting – Executive Search

• Can co-relate People, technology and product in most productive ways
• 100% commitment to bringing the product to an alpha stage, ready for market trial
• Must be motivated to tackle business challenges and deliver actionable milestones with measurable results

• Must have an original idea to transform
• Local market knowledge
