Requirements
- overall responsibility for the formulation and implementation of the business plan for dining and recreation department, operating budgets, supervision of daily operations of catering Recreation Department to ensure that quality, efficiency & cost control is up to the standards
- Implementation of restaurant service standards and inspection management rules and regulations, identify problems and promptly take measures to rectify that
- Regular interaction with the Food and Beverage Manager, Executive Chef, the introduction of new menu and targets for various promotional activities.
- Responsible for the daily supervision of subordinates, evaluation of the performance of subordinates. handling complaints and ensure satisfy guests dining needs, improve the quality of catering services.
Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Hospitality management or equivalent
- Age between 30 to 45 with good health conditions
- Over 5-10 years of related working experience in F& B operations
- bilingual in Mandarin and English both spoken and written
