Job Summery
Strategic business leader of F&B & rooms operations, Areas of responsibility include Front Office, Business Center, Spa Operations, Recreation/Fitness Center, Housekeeping and Security/Loss Prevention Position oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives. The position ensures the rooms operations meet the brand’s target customer needs, ensures employee satisfaction, focuses on growing revenues and maximizes the financial performance of the department.

Compensations & other Benefits
An Expatriate package is being offered with monthly salary of RMB 55k Net, Single or Family Package, Round Trip to Home, other benefits such as Hotel Live-in Executive Accommodation or Apartment Outside (Discussable), meals at hotel restaurant, laundry, a round trip to home, relocation & other allowances. Salary & other benefits are negotiable.
