Requirements
- Experienced General Manager with strong F&B or Rooms background
- 10+ years experience in hotel management of high-end luxury 5* hotels
- Solid China experience and Mandarin speaking candidate preferred
- Proven track record in making hotel operations profitable
- Good leadership skill with proven track record
- Culturally adaptable with outstanding PR Skills
- Able to grow and develop people within the network
- Great team player, team builder and team motivator
- Able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Education and Experience
Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major, solid experience in General Management, F&B, Rooms, operations or related professional area.
Compensations & other Benefits
An expatriate package is being offered with a monthly salary of USD 8000 Net (Negotiable), other benefits such as accommodation, meals at hotel restaurant, laundry, round trip to home, health insurance and relocation allowances.
